The hotel had a great view and a cozy atmosphere. The location was convenient, close to many restaurants and shops. The staff offered a warm welcome with a complimentary drink upon arrival. Also, the breakfast was delicious and had many options to choose from.

There were many downsides to the hotel. The staff's English skills were poor, which made communication difficult. The room lacked privacy in the bathroom and toilet area, which was uncomfortable. The shower was noisy and disrupted our romantic escape. Moreover, they didn't provide whiskey glasses and tea bags, which was a significant bummer. The guest call lady was also not helpful at all and took us half an hour to explain what coffee creamer is.

The staff was pleasant, helpful, and friendly. The hotel had a convenient location and comfortable rooms. The amenities were excellent and the service was top-notch.

The hotel was conveniently located near many popular attractions and public transportation. the breakfast buffet was quite good and offered a variety of options to choose from. the hotel had a decent gym with modern equipment to use.

Many of the staff members had difficulty understanding and communicating in English, which made it difficult to get our requests fulfilled.

This hotel provides an exceptional and luxurious experience. We enjoyed the exclusive amenities, like the Spa & wellness center, indoor swimming pool, and sauna. the service was impeccable, and the staff was accommodating and welcoming.

Our only minor issue was with the understanding of the English language among some staff members. the guest call phone line had some challenges in understanding our needs, which lead to a delay in service.
